Happy belated New Years! While everyone was writing down their resolutions, goals and plans on December 31st, 2016, I was busy reflecting on the new habits I picked up on that I wanted to continue working on in 2017. There are so many amazing things that have happened in my life this past year that I’ve been under a whirlwind of stress. This year, I got a full-time job as a Nutritionist and got into graduate school for my Master’s Degree at Columbia. Juggling the two have been quite hectic and balancing that out with friends, family and gym time has also been trouble. In this video, I list a few of the things I’ve started doing in 2016 and will definitely continue on a daily basis in 2017 (Or at least for the entire month of January). I start off by talking about my tentative schedule, which is my plan on how my day-to-day routine will look like. I did this to keep myself on track and make sure I make time for the goals that I have. One thing for sure, is that even if I fail, I plan to practice lots of self-love and care. Enjoy!
