Ever since I’ve finished graduate school and moved to Georgia, I’ve been in such a great place emotionally, mentally and physically. So much so, that I have been actively being more mindful and present in everything I do. I find the time I can dedicate to myself in the evening as I don’t have many other responsibilities after a certain time. In the video below, I share with you five steps to my ideal self-care routine. I’ve turned every day tasks such as cooking, exercising and bathing into relaxing and mindful daily practices.
