Lately, I have been so overwhelmed that I’ve been dealing with a lot of burnout. This overwhelming feeling that my tank is on empty. It’s even worse when there are so many things to do and so much work to finish. Moments like this make burnout extremely inconvenient and terrible to handle. However, the need to push through in a way that is healthy and helps you recover is important. I’m an advocate of dealing with stress, anxiety and burn out in a way that is holistic and healthy.
