The last video in my video series project for my health marketing course is all about anxiety prevention. I’m excited to say that my project is almost over and I honestly could not have done it without you guys! Thank you so much for all your support in helping me create something out of nothing! I can’t wait to see how my project does in class and hopefully it will be a president for others to use youtube to share health information. I am so happy that I was able to use my work and education to help so many of you and your families. My goal for this project was to provide information to my subscribers that would be useful and help empower their health choices. I’m so dedicated to health in all ways and feel so blessed to be able to combine my hobby with my career. It’s a rare thing to be able to do but I’m so glad it worked out. Honestly, as much as my goal was to help you and your families, I feel like you guys helped me more. Because of you filling out my surveys, my workload has decreased exponentially and I can’t thank you enough for giving me breathing room during such a busy summer! Thank for your support, for believing in me and for helping me continue to succeed. This mini project has seriously shown me how much love there is out there in the world for me even when I may not feel it on a daily basis. Thank you a million!
As for my last video project, I wanted to share some ways to prevent anxiety. While it’s important to be able to cope with it in the moment, we also need to learn to avoid it as much as possible. If you deal with anxiety, you know how much of a hassle it is. It can completely through you off, ruin your self-esteem and make you feel completely helpless. But have no fear, you are in control of your experiences and your life. You determine what is fearful and what is not. Use your control to help you reduce your anxiety by practicing prevention methods to help subdue the symptoms in moments of fear. Even if you don’t have anxiety, you can still practice these preventative measures to help decrease stress, nervousness and improve your overall wellbeing. I hope this helps you and your loved ones.
