For the past few years, I have been a big fan of Intelligent Change. As you know, I absolutely love the productivity planner to keep track of my goals and help me accomplish my daily tasks. I loved it so much that I also picked up the five minute journal back in 2016. However, I have not been as dedicated to it as I have the productivity planner. I think this is because deep down, I was not ready to dedicate myself to self-care, positive thinking, affirmations and love. I used to journal a lot when i was younger but stopped because I felt like I was writing things that made me sad. In reality, journaling is extremely healthy and can significantly reduce stress and anxiety. In order to get back into it, I decided to pick up the five minute journal and dedicate five minutes of my day to simplified journaling. In the video below, I give a full review of the five minute journal and how it’s changed my life.
