I’m in Washington D.C. for DO Day On The Hills, which is an event that promotes osteopathic medicine. The event allows pre-med and medical students as well as physicians the opportunity to meet with their elected officials to talk about certain legislation that affects the field. Because this is such a huge event with hundreds of people, it’s a great opportunity to network with students and physicians. I made a video of all the things I’m chucking into my bag for this event. I pack some writing materials, my resume and other essentials. In the video below, I go in more detail over the inside of my conference bag. Let me know if there’s anything you carry with you to important events down in the comments!
